I eat no oil and sauté in broth which is so easy. or air fryer without any oil. Including Olive, Not needed and the few benefits iti s credited with have tradeoffs and are better ways to get those "benefits" without tradeoffs. I also grow sprouts and ferment food (which take 5 min average a day which are anti inflammatory. I create a fermented paste of turmeric and ginger root with equal amount of each root and garlic cloves. Put in sauerkraut brine for about 5-6 days, then refrigerate. Takes about 10 minutes to get a quart plus pint jar which I each in 1/2 tsp balls 3 x day. It lasts for 1 month and prevents leaky gut that is big promoter of inflammation. If you get vaccines and boosters or anitbiotics (hard not to now). No time at all compared to the alternative.
